High-speed WiFi throughout the villas and unwind in the dedicated media room equipped with a Smart TV featuring Netflix.

The Fine Print

Rates

Rates include Welcome fruit bowl, daily breakfast, complimentary WiFi, and services by villa team (Villa manager, private chef, housekeeping, pool maintenance, gardener and estate security).

Check-in and Check-out

Standard check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 12:00 noon unless other arrangements have been made and agreed upon by the Owner. Early arrivals or late departure times are subject to the availability of the Property and may incur additional charges. Below are the applicable corresponding fees:

• Check - in Time: From 10:00 a.m. and onwards - 50% of the nightly rate

• Before 10:00 a.m. - 100% of the nightly rate

• Check - out Time: Until 6:00 p.m. - 50% of the nightly rate

• After 6:00 p.m. - 100% of the nightly rate

Chef Fee

The chefs specialise in Thai cuisine. Suggested menus are available covering Thai, Western, fusion and vegetarian menus. Special requests can be accommodated (including special diets) at additional cost (USD $60++).

In-villa Chef or in-villa shopping service is available at 25% of grocery cost as handling fee and subject to 7% VAT.

Linen and Towels

Linen and towels are provided at the property. These are normally changed every five (5) days. If you require more frequent changes there may be extra charges.

Extra Bedding and Child Policy

A complimentary baby cot and high chair is available at the villa. Additional baby cot is charged at USD $10 per unit per day and additional high chair is charged at USD $5 per unit per day.

Babysitting service available upon request (extra charge).

Pool fences are available upon request (extra charge).

Children under 4 years old can stay for free when sharing existing bedding with parents.

Extra beds are not available at this property. This property is designed to comfortably sleep 12 adults. Additional guests are unfortunately not allowed.

Rates quoted refer to the maximum occupancy of the villa, as shown in the provided publication and invoice. The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the property must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation and reservation voucher, unless specifically authorised in writing. Exceeding the number may invalidate any insurance policy on the Property. Entry or access to the Property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement.
